About the Role – Researcher (Computer Vision & AI):
We are seeking talented researchers to join our innovation teams and push the boundaries of identity technology. This role involves designing and optimizing cutting-edge computer vision and AI algorithms, with applications in both still image and video analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop advanced algorithms (e.g., deep learning, Bayesian methods, GANs, CNNs)

Optimize and evaluate algorithm performance

Monitor emerging research and benchmark technologies

Solve real-world challenges and support product integration

Collaborate with operational teams to tailor solutions for diverse use cases, from cloud servers to embedded systems and smartphones
Qualifications:

PhD or Engineering degree in computer vision, machine learning, or a related field

Hands-on experience with image processing, deep learning, or computer vision

Strong math and data analysis skills

Proficient in Python; C/C++ is a plus

Comfortable handling large datasets and unfamiliar research topics

Experience in biometrics is a bonus

Curious, proactive, results-oriented, and communicative

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
