Junior / Graduate Backend Software Engineer (C# / .NET)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: ~£30,000 – £35,000 basic + bonus

With plans to grow the engineering team by ~30% this year, they’re hiring at junior, mid and senior levels and are keen to bring in graduate and early-career engineers who want to learn and grow.
What they’re looking for in a Junior / Graduate Backend Software Engineer:
- A solid foundation in software development (degree or equivalent experience)
- Exposure to Backend development C# and .NET (preferred) through studies, placements, or personal projects
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
- An interest in writing clean, well-structured code and learning best practices
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the development of backend features under the guidance of experienced engineers
- Learning how to design, build, test and maintain scalable backend services
- Working across the software development lifecycle, from development to deployment
- Assisting with database queries, schema changes, and performance improvements
