Job Purpose
As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you’ll be the go-to expert for suppliers and internal colleagues, providing confident, timely support on purchasing and payment queries across phone and email.
You’ll play a vital role in keeping our commercial processes running smoothly by creating, maintaining and assuring the accuracy of essential purchasing data, helping to drive consistency, reliability and high-quality service across the organisation
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal colleagues, providing timely and confident support
- Manage purchasing and payment queries via phone and email.
- Support the smooth operation of Commercial Operations by managing and responding to queries in a professional and service-focused manner.
- Create, maintain and assure the accuracy of essential purchasing data to ensure consistency, reliability and high-quality commercial processes across the organisation.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Must be computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused and service-driven approach
- Experience of the end-to-end procurement cycle is an advantage
- Experience of SAP is an advantage
- Basic level of education required (5 GCSEs/O-Levels including Maths and English, or equivalent)
