About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of people, product, and technology. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role that blends technical depth with strong communication and project ownership.

- Support presales and solution design with Sales and Architecture teams
- Work hands‑on with model training, data processing, and validation
- Write and customize Python/Colab notebooks for ML workflows
- Build trust with customers through clear communication and strong delivery
- Provide feedback to product and engineering to drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills — communication first, tech second
- Proven experience deploying or implementing AI/ML or computer vision solutions
- Background in Python, OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with PLC integration or data pipelines involving image/video processing
- Hands‑on experience with model training, validation, and deployment
- Solid understanding of APIs, cloud or edge environments, and system integration workflows
- A versatile mindset — equally comfortable in presales discussions or field deployments
- Self‑starter attitude with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple client projects
- Willingness to travel for client visits (3–4 per month, typically short duration)
- Competitive base salary with performance‑based OTE and company equity
- 100% health coverage for you and your family
- $4,000 annual travel stipend + $350/month productivity allowance
- Flexible, remote‑first environment with high autonomy and visibility
