About the Role

As a Graduate Computer Vision Engineer (C++), this role offers the chance to contribute to pioneering real-time tracking technology and software development for elite-level sport. Based in the UK with flexible remote working options (±3 hours from London), this position provides high levels of autonomy, exposure to the full product lifecycle, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling start-up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain real-time ball and player tracking applications for third-party data integration
  • Build C++ software for visualising and analysing tracking data to enhance coaching and broadcasting
  • Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for performance and analysis tools

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong programming experience in C++
  • Understanding of 3D linear algebra for computer vision applications
  • Proficiency with Git version control
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in computer vision and non-linear least square optimisation
  • Knowledge of UI development (e.g., ImGui)
  • Experience with multithreading techniques
  • GPU programming expertise (e.g., CUDA)
  • Familiarity with messaging frameworks (e.g., NATS, RabbitMQ)
  • Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Understanding of containerisation (Docker, Podman) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
