As a CV/ML engineer, you will develop new technologies for Apple’s next generation products. The focus will be innovating and delivering effective, efficient and well-tested computer vision based solutions from prototyping to shipping that are often deployed on edge devices.
Beside domain expertise and technical knowledge the ideal candidate will possess the self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative to achieve those goals. Analogously, the candidate is a lifelong learner who passionately seeks to improve themselves and the quality of their work.

Key Qualifications
- Solid background in ML and deep learning with expertise in computer vision
- Strong proficiency in writing clean and well-structured code preferably in Python
- Experience for modern deep learning models and development using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creativity and curiosity for solving highly complex problems
- Experience in biometrics, face tracking, gaze tracking, classical image processing, or computer vision is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
Education & Experience
BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
